Firm Upgrade is committed to a website that everyone can use — including visitors who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is not an afterthought here; it is part of how the site was built.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Measures built into this site include:
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a “skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Full keyboard operability — menus, accordions, forms, and interactive tools work without a mouse, with visible focus indicators throughout.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA on both light and dark sections.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Respect for your motion preferences: when your device is set to reduce motion, animations and decorative effects (including the cursor sparkle) are disabled automatically.
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and interactive tool results announced via live regions.
- Resizable text and responsive layouts that work at high zoom levels and on small screens.
Known limitations
Some third-party brand logos are provided by their owners as images; we provide text alternatives for all of them. If we publish documents (such as PDFs) in the future, we will provide accessible versions.
Feedback — we mean it
If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, that is a bug we want to fix. Email contact@lawthentics.com with a description of the problem and the page it appears on, and we will follow up with you.
