Practice Management

Clio & MyCase, implemented the way your firm actually works

Your practice management platform is the operating system of your firm. We set it up right, move your data safely, and train your people until it feels like second nature.

The Clio Suite

Fluent across the full Clio ecosystem

Our founder holds Clio's Legal AI Fundamentals certification, and we work across the Clio product family — including AI capabilities many firms haven't switched on yet.

Clio Manage

The core: matters, time tracking, billing, trust accounting, documents, and client communication in one system. We configure matter templates, custom fields, billing plans, and trust workflows around your practice areas — not generic defaults.

Clio Duo & Manage AI

Clio's built-in AI extracts deadlines from court documents, summarizes files, drafts client messages, logs time, and generates draft invoices. Many firms pay for it and never turn it on properly. We review its terms and settings, deploy it, govern it under the same rules as our firm-wide AI deployments, and teach it.

Clio Grow

Client intake and legal CRM: lead tracking, online scheduling, intake forms, and e-signatures.

Clio Draft

Document automation that fills court forms and legal documents from matter data — we build your template library.

Clio Accounting & Payments

Legal-specific accounting, reconciliation, trust compliance, and integrated online payments with pay plans.

MyCase

The right fit for many small and midsize firms

MyCase pairs approachable all-in-one practice management with MyCase IQ — an AI layer for document summarization, drafting suggestions, automated time entries, and natural-language search across your firm's documents, messages, and call logs.

Which one is right for you — Clio or MyCase? We don't guess, and no vendor incentive shapes the answer — any program status or referral credit we hold is disclosed in writing. The fixed-fee assessment scores both against your workflows, practice areas, and budget, and you get a written recommendation with the reasoning shown. Every implementation ships with role-specific training so the platform actually sticks.

  • Objective platform selection — vendor-fluent, vendor-neutral
  • Full setup and configuration including MyCase IQ enablement
  • Side-by-side trials structured so your team can compare fairly

Data Migration

Your history comes with you — verified

The scariest part of switching platforms is the data. We've made it a discipline.

Map

Every matter, contact, document, calendar entry, note, and trust transaction in your legacy system — PCLaw, Time Matters, Amicus, ProLaw, or spreadsheets — is inventoried and mapped to its new home.

Migrate

Staged transfers run against a copy of your data first. Nothing touches production until the dry run passes.

Reconcile

Trust ledgers are reconciled to the penny against your legacy balances before go-live. You sign off on the numbers, not on faith.

Go Live

Cutover happens on a schedule that protects deadlines and court dates, with us on call through the first weeks.

Common Questions

Practice management FAQs

Will we lose billable time during the switch?
We plan to keep it minimal. Rollouts are phased — your existing system stays live until the new one is checked, and cutover is usually scheduled outside working hours. The plan names what happens if a check fails, so nobody is stuck halfway.
We already have Clio but barely use it. Can you fix that?
This is one of our most common engagements. An optimization project re-configures your existing subscription around your real workflows, cleans up inconsistent data practices, switches on the features you're already paying for where they fit (including Clio's AI features, after the terms and settings are reviewed), and retrains the team.
Can you connect Clio or MyCase to our other tools?
Yes — calendaring, email, accounting (QuickBooks), document storage, e-signature, phone systems, and intake tools. For each integration we record which system holds the authoritative record, who owns the account, and how to disconnect it. Integration sprawl is real; we'll also tell you which connections aren't worth maintaining.
